If you live in the US, I highly recommend applying for federal student aid (FAFSA).
- Tips: Apply as early as you can. FAFSA submissions open January 1st and generally the earlier you apply, the more money you receive.

If you happen to be a student in of the University of California schools, UC EAP has a great set of scholarships that you can apply for. I applied for the Duttenhaver scholarship and was awarded a $5,000 grant! If I can do it, anyone can do it too!

- The only downside to this is that if you receive multiple awards from any of the scholarships organized through UC EAP, you'll only be able to accept one scholarship but the scholarship will be the one that gives you the highest amount.
