Asia Pacific: Taiwanese Minute Steak, Minced Meat, and Bean Curd

I happened to really like this dish but some of my friends only thought it was alright. The minced meat was the star of this dish for me. It had a very traditional taiwanese flavors that went well with the rice. I really really recommend it!
